Juicing was a pretty interesting feat. I actually didn’t feel so bad. I didn’t strictly do juicing (meaning I ate as well, but very lightly). When I started it sort of reduced my cravings, so I didn’t eat as much as I usually did.
I guess when you first start it’ll feel weird, but it was pretty rewarding. Working out 3 days out the week for an hour over a two-month period, I lost around 14lbs.
